the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even allowed us to change rooms when we requested. The free use of the Wellness Centre was a great bonus that we took advantage of.
noise from the atrium was a problem

the hotel's location in the city center was ideal, and there was a brilliant restaurant nearby where I had amazing food. the wellness facilities were top, notch, especially the special steam sauna and the unique round shower gangway with a bubble barrel on the ceiling. I also enjoyed the turbo bubble bath and the salt, room, which added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. the hotel had a charming old, style design, reminiscent of some Irish and English 4, star hotels, but everything was new and well, maintained. the room was clean and neat, and I appreciated the kettle provided with coffee and tea. One of my favorite spots was the relaxing area with flowers and a sofa in the stairwell on the 4th floor. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast offered a good variety of freshly baked pastries. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all. 😊.

Centrally located, airconditioned, with excellent food. Breakfast is served on the top floor with panoramic views of Subotica. Rooms are beautifully furnished with plenty of space. Just a short walk from the train station and well signposted so no matter where you roam, it's easy to find your way back.
With two people sharing a room, it would have been nice to have wireless Internet so both could access, instead of one having to go to the lobby to connect.

The hotel is located in the heart of the town, just a short walk away from outstanding facilities from the beginning of the 20th century like the Water Tower, the Grand Terrace, the Women's Lido and the Music Pavilion. We were also thrilled to explore the splendid park and the well-known lake. The peaceful and serene atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The only thing we would have liked is more options for fun activities specifically tailored for young party-goers. While the hotel offered a fantastic experience overall, it would have been even more exciting to have some nightlife options nearby.

The hotel is part of a shopping complex and is a very good standard. It was only 5 minutes walk from the station. The restaurant was excellent and had a good view over Subotica.

Have a nice time and a quiet place in the center of the city
You have abolished smoking in the hallway there is no reason( you have a window in hall), install a coffee and tea maker in room.

The facilities were outstanding, especially the Water Tower and the Grand Terrace. The park and the well-known lake nearby were perfect for relaxing and taking in the peaceful atmosphere. Subotica has so many fun activities for young people, like horse-riding and exploring the forests. We had a blast!
The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene for young party-goers. But other than that, everything was perfect!

Dinner included in hotel price very good offer. Very loud bar music and singing people in the basement one could hear even up to higher floors. However, after awhile a phonecall to the reception did stop it immediately to our surprise. Very interesting but impossible for such a hotel category is the virtual expresso-machine which clearly serves a Nescafe concentrate only but looks like a real onw.
Very interesting but impossible for such a hotel category is the virtual expresso-machine which clearly serves a Nescafe concentrate only but looks like a real one. Breakfast rooms was way to small for such a hotel, thus one had to wait until a table was free. For a nice dinner restaurant it might be nice to see the kitchen working but for breakfast load dish washing activitivies to watch and to listen to is something one would rather miss.

This hotel is a hidden gem, tucked away in a great location for sightseeing and with plenty of food and drink options nearby. the rooms are spacious and sparkling clean with comfortable beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. the staff are friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure your stay is enjoyable. the breakfast is excellent, with a wide range of hot and cold options to choose from. the underground parking is very secure, giving peace of mind.
The hotel decor may not be to everyone's taste, with some aspects feeling a bit outdated.
